In ISS news.

William Mcaurthur has been real active on voice During his LUNCH time on the International Space Station. Although this time falls around 7 am USA central time which as time goes by will not allow him to make USA contacts as the orbit of the ISS changes everyday. So, unless you like listening to EVERY pass or send/ recieving packet thats about all your going to hear. I sent out for a ISS qsl card last saturday and anixously awaiting its arrival.

Making plans for Grandmas Funeral and hurricane Wilma

Hurricane season is well past its peak.. and yet we have another Category3 + Hurricane going through Flordia at 5am CDT . Rons brother Donald and his wife decided to ride it out.. and now 16 hours after it hit guess what NO POWER for millions in Florida they are saying it could be weeks till all power is restored.

Grandma Lola Monroe passed away Sunday october 23 at 1:05 pm and her funeral is set for Wednesday October 26, at 10:00 am Im to be a Paulberrer ( if i even spelled that correctly). It really didnt effect me as i have anticipated it for quite a while plus i was not " that close" to my granda as most people would like to think they are. Life has just been way to busy with a wife step kids and a 2 year old.

Ham radio.... well i sent in a request card to ARRL headquarters in Newington Connecut and im guessing itll take about a month till i get one in the mail. I had a small voice QSO with William Mcaurthr NA1SS on Friday th 21st of october around 720 am .
